I support that. Work on removing regulations that prevent the free market from satisfying this need. Tort reform, catastrophic coverage, sales across state lines.
Actually “providing” anything from the government to the citizens should be a secondary concern. Build a system so that dependency on the government is very uncommon. Reforming Obamacare — a system designed as a bridge to Single Payer — is not a good strategy.

The Senate has already said no to this suggestion.

Since passing Obamacare in 2009, Democrats have been profusely bleeding out of public office. Over 900 seats have been lost across the country.
Unless the GOP wants to give the Democrats another chance, they should repeal Obamacare and just walk away from it.
