Truman wrote a letter to a reviewer who criticised his daughter threatening to beat him up ! Whilst he was President!

He didn’t get everything right, but Truman was a patriot and man who served his country with courage. He hated PC and declared Marxism as the enemy.

President Trump is an outsider. Outsiders fight back. This is what people knew, and wanted in office. Y’all need to do yourselves a big favor and stop flipping out when you read tweets like this. It is going to continue. The president cares more about defending himself than what the media thinks. Get used to it. It’s a new day in America. Every night at the dinner table it was either a lesson on Harry or FDR. I learned early that Harry was probably my favorite President in the teens. My dad was a BIG Democrat union man. He read "The Louisville Courier Journal" from front to back. We had to listen to many of the articles in the paper too. I couldn't speak up or debate because I was very uninformed so I tried to eat fast.

I wish my father was here today to talk about Harry and FDR again. I would still keep my mouth shut and respect his view.
