U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (U.N.) Nikki Haley was booed while attending the New York City Pride March with her teenage son Sunday afternoon.

Haley did not specify what establishment she was leaving or exactly what hateful things were said.

Haley, who has been one of the more vocal officials within the Trump administration, has drawn criticism from the LGBT community over the position she adopted on gay marriage while serving as governor of South Carolina.

Haley spoke out in defense of traditional marriage in 2013, after a federal lawsuit was filed challenging South Carolina’s constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

I'm no fan of Nikki Haley. Remember she traitored her state about preserving Confederate monuments. I thought she was totally in with Jeb/Romney, the other never-Trumpers all through campaign season. At the UN; she's been free lancing. She was talking about being against Assad while President Trump was talking about no more regime change adventures.

Does she really think going rogue as she has makes her acceptable enough to the liberal community to not be booed? They'll hate her just for not being one of them, and she's past being a fave of conservatives.

Summary....she got what she deserved. I wish there were a way to get her out of the UN, and out of all public office.

Why did President Trump choose this airhead to be the ambassador to the United Nations?

Her Lt. Gov. came out strong for Trump when he needed such an endorsement. Her getting kicked sideways made him governor of SC, a good thing to reward friends and set yourself up for the next set of primaries if you draw an opponent.
