U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (U.N.) Nikki Haley was booed while attending the New York City Pride March with her teenage son Sunday afternoon.

Haley did not specify what establishment she was leaving or exactly what hateful things were said.
Haley, who has been one of the more vocal officials within the Trump administration, has drawn criticism from the LGBT community over the position she adopted on gay marriage while serving as governor of South Carolina.
Haley spoke out in defense of traditional marriage in 2013, after a federal lawsuit was filed challenging South Carolina’s constitutional amendment banning gay marriage.

She was, evidently, having lunch in a restaurant nearby with a bunch of people. When they left the restaurant she was confronted by the cretins.
“Why in the world would she even go and take her teenage son?”
Resume enhancement. She intends to run for president, although she doesn’t meet the Constitutional requirements as per natural born. She will be president for all the people, near perfection in her caring and concern, able to see both sides of an issue, etc. If it negatively influences her son, or anyone else’s son, so be it. If it turns him gay, so much the better.
I would think she would a security detail.
Nikki Haley is one of those stupid Republicans who thinks that if she gets rid of the Confederate flag and attends Gay Pride parades, that the Left will like her.
Two weeks after the Pulse night club Islamic terrorist attack, Gays held a parade/demonstration in New York city, the led banner of the demonstration which was boulevard wide read “Republican Hate Kills”. All the placards in the demonstration attacked Republicans, non attacked “Islam” or “Islamic Terrorist”. To hell with them

The Dixie flag didn’t strangle or kill anyone in that church. Roof told a friend of his for 6 months he was going to kill a bunch of people an then kill himself.

I take it that this lady did not have any inclination to support these people. That she was just nearby, like any other citizen. I am sure glad I carefully read all comments first. I had started to sigh and shake my head at first. I thought it was just another case of a prominent conservative trying appeasement of these perverted groups.
I now think it was not so.

just to point out, the paper asserts she was at the pride parade. her tweet says she was eating lunch and was booed by the people at the pride parade.
I doubt she was marching in the parade.
I certainly hope not. The paper seems to want to make the readers think something that is not necessarily so.

Misleading headline....Nikki and her son was coming out of a restaurant after brunch, she wasn’t AT the parade.

From what I read yesterday, (I can’t remember if it was an article, or a tweet from Haley) the headline is wrong. It said she was having lunch nearby with some family and friends and was accosted as they left the restaurant. I believe their was a picture of them taken in the restaurant.

Well, that’s interesting. Let me add my “BOOOOO!!!” to those on the other side for her attending such an event.
So, it’s unanimous - they boo you because they don’t like you, and I boo you because you had the poor judgment to go. And double-boo for taking a child to view the perversity.
They booed her NOT FOR ATTENDING (as the title would suggest) but for being part of the Trump Admin.
