Reenactors IMO have a sense of history, honor, and reverence for the men that fought at Gettysburg and any attempt to dishonor their graves will be met with equal or even stronger reciprocation. Antifas haven't go a clue on how much damage a group of reenactors armed with 1860’s weapons without gunpowder can inflict upon their sorry asses. The article mistakenly refers to these hate driven loons as "Liberals." That is clearly not what they are.

Americans, both North & South, both Conservative & Liberal, basically buried the hatchet, after the Spanish-American War. Patriotic occasions, at least over the next two generations, usually featured the battle music of both the Union & Confederate armies. Mutual respect was the order of the day for patriotic Americans.

As an example, note how General Douglas MacArthur in his classic tribute to the American man at arms, in 1962, refers to both the "Blue & Grey." (Duty, Honor, Country.)

The people threatening to desecrate American Military graves really do not deserve the right to remain in the United States. They call to my mind the story, required reading in the public schools in Ohio, in my youth, of the man who was put on a ship for the rest of his life, after cursing America, where no one ever mentioned the United States again.

Let us hope that anyone behaving in this manner is prosecuted for every offense committed, and confined in prison for the fullest term possible, with parole only possible upon the degenerate's commitment to permanently leave. America was never intended to play games with those who hate us.

A few days ago, someone posted an article about ANTIFA agitators throwing excrement and used tampons at people's cars. Last year, we saw #BlackLivesMatter followers encourage riots and violence against police and white people. Now left-wing activists are desecrating the graves of the war dead.

There is a silver lining to this dark cloud. When Americans think of the Left, their mental image isn't going to be some doddering, grandfatherly old man rambling about "the 1%" in a Brooklyn accent. Their mental image will be some black street thug assaulting an elderly white person, an ANTIFA throwing her used tampon at a businessman, or some masked hoodlum desecrating the grave of a fallen soldier. These latter images are much more representative of what the political Left is all about than the false humanitarian image they try to project.
