NO!!!!

DO NOT SEND CHRISTIANS BACK TO CERTAIN DEATH! They are genuine refugees.

Can’t believe the Trump Administration would allow this to go forward.

Southeastern Michigan is crawling with these invaders whose only cultural contribution besides the 'Chaldean Shower' concept is advanced welfare scamming and tax evasion through sham business ownerships.

Send them all back, the sooner the better.

How Christian are they if they are committing crimes and dealing drugs?

That said, I doubt Muslim immigrants aren’t committing some crimes too, so maybe there is some discrimination going on. How many muslims in ICE?

They’re criminals. We don’t have the wherewithal to retry every criminal who is at our doorstep.

Are they Christians? Or are they proven criminals simply looking for the best way to get asylum

I have met Chinese who have been coached to tell government interviewers they are Christians or members of Fa Lun Gong, and fear persecution if sent to China.

And a number of mafia claim to be Christians as well.

When you are a guest in someone's home you are suppose to be on your best behavior.

As for the tattoo, have you seen the ones on MS-13 members? Shall we not deport them because they have cross tattoos and claim to be "Christian"?

If they are criminals then deport them just like any other criminal aliens lest a precedent be set that allows other immigrant felons to remain in the USA.

America first.

Get rid of them. We don’t need criminals who claim to be Christians just to milk the American taxpayer.

Christians are persecuted all over the world but we would go more deeply bankrupt if we brought them all over here.

They were criminals in the 1980’s and are still here.

First the headline is a lie, they are not being deported because they are Christian. 2nd, the writer is trying to spin when he quotes their lawyer as saying “some of those criminal convictions date back to the 1980s and 1990s and involve drugs and financial misdeeds, not violent crimes”. How many? That could be a true statement even if 90% of them were convicted of murder and bank robbery last year. Some actual statistics would be in order, but that might require some work on the part of the “journalist”.

Now whether anyone should be deported to a situation where they face likely death for being Christian (or any other religion) is a separate question, one worth having without the spin and distortion.

>> “It’s peculiar to me that 99 percent of the people who were rounded up on June 10-11 were Chaldeans and Assyrians,” <<

Well, then, according to some FReepers, all the people rounded up "never became Christians", because, according to them "a Christian can tell you the exact day and time he was saved by accepting Christ as his his lord and savior and becoming born again"
