In the days since Democrats narrowly lost the fourth special election of 2017, House majority leader, Nancy Pelosi has become the primary target of frustrated Democrats.
“It’s time for a new generation of leadership in the party,” according to Democratic Representative Seth Moulton of Massachusetts.
Representative Kathleen Rice of New York echoed these sentiments in calling for Pelosi and the entire Democratic leadership team to be replaced. “We need a vision . . . and we need a message . . . We just don’t have either one of those in the present leadership.”
Others have complained that there’s “a level of depression” among Democrats and that the party brand is “toxic.”
Sometimes in politics, a party has to recognize its rival’s comparative advantage and shift course accordingly — even if recognizing the gross unfairness and sexist nature of it.
It reminds me, in part, of that famous moment that will be familiar to all New England baseball fans. In 2004, Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez, after another shellacking by the hated Yankees, told reporters, “They beat me. They’re that good right now. They’re that hot. I just tip my hat and call the Yankees my daddy.”
Maybe Democrats need to tip their hat to the Republicans and recognize that trying to outrun the GOP’s demonization efforts is a losing strategy. And hey, they can always look on the bright side: Thirty-three days after Pedro Martinez made that comment, the Red Sox won the World Series.

Pointing out the truth is hardly demonization. The losing streak Nancy has going is a fact.
Many voters in the last elections have voted against Pelosi! (Hint: It 'ain't' the Russians making the rats lose elections.)

A black Trump supporter went absolutely nuclear on Democrat Congresswoman, Maxine Waters outside of her town hall meeting on Saturday. The woman called Maxine Waters a ‘black racist’ and said she ‘destroyed the black community by giving the jobs to illegal immigrants’.
Trump supporter: “People are tired with your hate and your racism! All the jobs went to illegals! You have destroyed the black community! You are a black racist! You hate blacks! All the jobs went to illegals! You gave our jobs to illegals! We want you out!”
The woman continued by saying, “Maxine Waters destroyed the black community,” and she blamed Maxine Waters and politicians like her for giving jobs away to illegal aliens.
Trump supporter: “She’s gotta go! She’s paid taxpayer money to discriminate against American citizens, and we’re not going to have it! She’s been in office too long doing NOTHING! She lied to the black community saying she was going to bring us jobs. She gave those jobs to illegal criminals! We want her out! She’s been in office for too long! She’s already showing signs of dementia! She’s a hater!”
The woman also said that Maxine Waters has her own Russian connection and brought up her investments in Russian companies which TGP previously reported on.
She’s been demonized so badly that the Dims should set her as leader once again.
Victims should be given high ranking Dim positions for life.
That’ll show’em.

Pelosi has stolen billions from Amerricans but in fairness she has only kept a few hundred million for herself. Crime requires a lot of payoffs to the right people, like the Bush clan for instance.
If Nancy goes...We will really see what the goals of the dems are......please i hope she stays. I bet her replacement will be a radical fireball! Too many young folks will buy into it so easily.
