I found a dead dog with a small Christmas tree. A crow is looking at the dead dog. Mars is just teeming with artifacts. They're in the lower left, closer to the bottom.

Geeze you people,,, can’t you see that it’s evolving into something like the Empire State Building. Just give it a few hundred million years more.. maybe it’ll grow arms, legs and eyes.. who knows??

Looks like your basic ancient teleportation portal composed of a weird combination of basalt and pegmatite schist. The acidic atmospheric gales on Mars take their toll on even the best-built basalt/pegmatite portals...
...proof is in the pudding.

I thought the Bird was looking at the Anteater on the left side of the circle. Good catch.
I missed that one but it's a busy planet.

It cant be seen in the thumb but if you zoom in you can see that the rover is sitting on and partially capturing an outer ring as well.
Concentric rings really lead to only one possible answer.
(And the rover should hurry on its eay because if the Martians took the time to build a bullseye on that range then they intend to use it.)

It’s obvious folks. The same US astronauts who put the flag on the surface of Mars also built that stone formation. Ask Shelia Jackson Lee. She would know all about this.

the third appears to be a square block embedded in the dirt. Probably a large iron pyrite crystal (fools gold) tossed aside by the freebooting gold prospectors who dug the nearby circular mine pit.

What surprises me is that this kind of stuff surprises scientists!
Do you need to be volcanologist to recognize lava-like phenomenon? Or maybe a physicist to recognize physical impact craters?
Since when did the obvious take last place after any and all attempts at “proving” life (and if not life itself, then “conditions” that could or did just maybe support life) exists elsewhere?
If we are actually paying folks to think that these images or phenomena are indictors of anything other than natural physical forces, we are stupid.

On a second look I can see that the outer rocks that are visible in the photo do take the form of a large ring around the inner circle.

That’s no rock formation.
That’s just a dried-up carcass of a dead snake, otherwise known as a Martian liberal.
