A professor at the University of Delaware has declared that Otto Warmbier was a “spoiled,” “white, rich, clueless” American college student who “got exactly what he deserved” when he recently ended up comatose and then dead at the age of 22 after serving part of a lengthy prison sentence in North Korea.
The taxpayer-funded professor, Katherine Dettwyler, made her comments on Wednesday on Facebook and in the comments section of a National Review article.

I guess she thinks he deserved to die because he disrespected the North Korean dictator by taking a propaganda poster as a souvenir. The only thing leftists love more than Islamist terrorists are communist dictators. A commie dictator is the closest thing to a god that these leftists have.

Otto willingly entered North Korea and should have realized that while in North Korea, he would be subject North Korean laws and justice which apparently can be quite arbitrary and brutal.
If at any point he thought he should be treated special because he was an American, he was extremely misguided.
As for what he deserved, he only deserved what the North Korean justice system afforded he or any other person.
This “professor” is just as bad a human being as Kim Jon Un.
Someone who worked their butt off in High school and college like Otto Warmbier did are considered “spoiled” by liberals while those who sit on their ass all day getting drunk and high while getting welfare are considered “needy”. Otto graduated top of his class in High school, that’s not someone who is spoiled, that’s someone taking full responsibility for their future like an adult while most kids his age were goofing off. My God help me, I absolutely despise the left. Heartless, souless, ill informed sc*mbags. If this b*tch took the time to read up on it, she would have discovered Warmbier was pretty much scammed into going to N. Korea, AND he didnt steal anything. It was all a lie by the Norks to shake down money from the US. While Obama was freeing terrorists from Gitmo and giving billions to Iran effectively financing terror via Iran, this kid was being tortured and personally I believe they drowned him and stopped his breathing long enough to cause massive brain damage which I wouldn’t doubt was done on purpose.
