FULL TITLE: Hillary Clinton requested FBI Dir. Mueller deliver highly enriched uranium to the Russians in 2009 in secret ‘plane-side tarmac meeting’ New Clinton-Mueller Russian uranium ties surface in latest Wikileaks release

(INTELLIHUB) — Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton facilitated the transfer a highly enriched uranium (HEU) previously confiscated by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) during a 2006 “nuclear smuggling sting operation involving one Russian national and several Georgian accomplices,” a newly leaked classified cable shows.

So-called “background” information was provided in the cable which gave vague details on a 2006 nuclear smuggling sting operation in which the U.S. government took possession of some HEU previously owned by the Russians.

The secret “action request,” dated Aug. 17, 2009, was sent out by Secretary of State Clinton and was addressed to the United States Ambassador to Georgia Embassy Tbilisi, the Russian Embassy, and Ambassador John Beyrle. It proposed that FBI Director Robert Mueller be the one that personally conduct the transfer a 10-gram sample of HEU to Russian law enforcement sources during a secret “plane-side” meeting on a “tarmac” in the early fall of 2009.

The FBI Director was originally scheduled to ‘return’ a sample from the DOE stockpile to the Russians in April but the trip was postponed until September 21.

Paragraph number 6 of the leaked cable confirms Dir. Mueller’s Sept. 21 flight to Moscow.

“(S/Rel Russia) Action request: Embassy Moscow is requested to alert at the highest appropriate level the Russian Federation that FBI Director Mueller plans to deliver the HEU sample once he arrives to Moscow on September 21. Post is requested to convey information in paragraph 5 with regard to chain of custody, and to request details on Russian Federation’s plan for picking up the material. Embassy is also requested to reconfirm the April 16 understanding from the FSB verbally that we will have no problem with the Russian Ministry of Aviation concerning Mueller’s September 21 flight clearance.”

But possible even more shocking is the fact that the State Department wanted the transfer of the HEU to take place on an “airport tarmac” which is rather reminisce of the infamous Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton meeting which occurred on a Phoenix, Arizona, tarmac back in June of 2016.

Past dealings with the Russians were also mentioned in the cable, signifying that previous deals have taken place.

Well, that is just fine what you parroted from basic nuclear physics.

But in your zeal to focus everyone on YOU and your basic nuke physics, you neglected to ask yourself the question if the subject matter that you read in front of you was accurate.

No doubt the secret cable was real in itself, but the content could be a cover for something else. But you did’t stop to ask yourself that question, because the person writing the cable was taking dictation from Hillary and you believe everything Hillary says. Or maybe you just didn’t think it because if it’s written in a secret cable between two state actors, well then, whatever is written can’t be covering up anything more that what it says it is.

Hillary told her underling to transmit a classified cable to the Russian Federation announcing that the US FBI Director Mueller would deliver this ‘stolen nuclear contraband’ to foster ‘trust and good relations’ regarding nuclear matters between Russia and the US. Sounds so good and nice. Hillary was just doing her job and showing the Russians such respect and courtesy. What a nice woman she is, and an exemplary Secretary of State she was.

And this Mueller fellow? He couldn’t be the same Mueller that is ramping up with a bunch of democrat lawyers to investigate how Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary and then obstructed justice in talking to and later firing Comey. He couldn’t be the same Mueller! He is? Really? Well, even if he is, it’s just conspiracy talk to think Mueller and Hillary were in any way connected in plundering America uranium reserves for the Russians. What you say? Hundreds of millions from Russian interests went to the Clinton Foundation at the time of the Uranium One deal? Only a conspiracy theorist would think there could be a connection.

So Mueller and Hillary make such a nice gesture for the Russians by having Monsieur Mueller take the uranium, uh, the ‘stolen uranium’, uh, the ‘stolen highly enriched uranium’ to the tarmac in Moscow. Of course, if the specimen, uh, ‘contraband’ had gone a different route such as sending it through normal channels delivering it to the Russian Embassy, the official delivery made by FBI professionals would require paperwork, inspection, receipts. Monsieur Mueller is so efficient! By traveling and making the delivery himself, those pesky inspections and receipts would not be necessary. Have to do whatever is needed to cut through that red tape and bureaucracy! Bob Mueller, what a Guy! Just the right person to show that this Trump fellow is no good.

Mueller’s special trip to Moscow to hand deliver this material, which had happened several times before, was just the nicest thing to do. Happens all the time, send the FBI Director to Moscow to deliver material on the tarmac.

But then there’s this other matter that has been buried by the democrat’s propaganda networks which has to do with Hillary selling 25% of America’s uranium reserves. Did that really happen? If it was’t on CNN, then it’s probably just conspiracy talk.

That Uranium One deal, if it ever happened, couldn’t be related because only ‘conspiracy’ sites would question if Mueller was perhaps delivering a specimen of unenriched uranium for the Russian government to examine and analyze as part of that deal’s negotiations.

You are correct that the Russian Federation has all the HEU they need and there would be no need for an FBI Director to hand walk such material and deliver it on a tarmac. Only conspiracy theorists would think that type of scenario would in itself be highly suspicious.

Oh sigh, if only Hillary! had been elected! We wouldn’t have to spend so much time with these conspiracy nuts! We could just drone them or something.

10 grams of highly enriched uranium is of no consequence, the Russians have many tones of the stuff. After the fall of the Soviet Union the safeguards in place on their uranium reserves were very poor and illicit smuggling operations were occurring.

Highly enriched uranium has it own signature based on the mix of isotopes that is dependent on the individual reactor it came from. It would be quite normal to give a sample to the Russians so they could know where in the hell they were losing their uranium from.

I find it absurd to think it would be a personal hand off from Mueller to the Russians. If you need to send it to the Russians you put in a diplomatic pouch (lead lined) and have a GS-10 courier deliver it to where the Russians want it.

Lol! Oh believe me! I’ve heard all the stories! No, he treated me very respectfully except I was the second to last person to go into his office for the interview.

I sat in a waiting room for hours with others until there were only myself and one other. It was about 5:30 pm. Then I got called in for about 20 minutes. I had had several interviews with his assistants the same day before going in to meet with him. His assistants were full birds or other flag ranking officers I was told. Everyone was in suits including Admiral Rickover.

The Admiral was impressed with my gift for mathematics as I had ranked high on Putnam Competitions. But that led to a lot of things which is a whole story in itself.

When I got out of his office I was told to go to another room where I was told by a staff member that I had been accepted and had a choice of appointments.

The fellow that was left last in the waiting room inquired if he was going to be interviewed as staffers said the Admiral was done. He was told he was already interviewed. He said there must be a mistake, he hadn’t been interviewed by the Admiral. One of the staffers opened a file and read that he had been accepted by the Admiral. He looked confused but happy and again said there must be some mistake. Then he was told his interview had been done in the head, the latrine.

This fellow and I took a cab that was called for us back to the rooming house where we had been put up.

This fellow was an Academy grad who had gone to the head earlier that afternoon and was taking a leak at the wall urinal when a smaller gentleman in a suit with a crop of white hair walked in behind him and took a leak at the wall urinal next to him. The white haired elder asked him what he was doing there that day. The fellow answered, “I’m here to see some crusty old Admiral”. They both finished taking their leaks and exited the latrine.

That white haired elder was Admiral Rickover and the brief questioning at the wall urinals was this younger fellow’s interview.

I heard all this in the cab on the way back. Later, I heard the Admiral insisted on brutal direct honesty in addition to technical and scientific performance and talent. He also was repulsed by arrogance and I was told later in the week that my previous interviews the day of my interview by several full birds in suits were designed to see if I viewed other non-gifted persons as inferior. Thanks to my Dad for beating my behind to always treat everyone respectfully, I told the full birds to stop berating people about their deficiencies, about lacking this or that, stop with the condescension and references to people falling off the turnip truck. I actually told them I wasn’t going to be joining in any exercise of snobbery. That got me in to see the Admiral.

God bless Admiral Rickover. Americans have no idea how important he was in the Cold War with the USSR. They have no idea how often he butted heads with members of Congress and was nearly stripped of his rank and duties as a result. He was an unyielding fighter who would never tolerate mediocrity. Military engineering standards and research were raised to a new bar by his efforts alone. There was the US Navy and there was the Rickover Navy. The regulars knew the Rickover Navy set the bar so high that even its rejects were excellent.
