not really, the kids will learn English as well from day 1, but the medium of instruction will be Welsh. they will grow up bilingual,but rooted in their Cymru culture

they will function in English, just as the Dutch or Swedish are perfectly fluent in English as well as their own tongue

Promoting Welsh is a good way to prevent jihadis moving in - they don't want to learn Welsh
have you noticed that the "refugees" mostly want to go to English speaking countries?

Americans want the basic education to be in English but there will still be language courses. They do not want two curricula and seek to unify our nation.
