Columbus City Schools is "working toward the termination" of Chris Dodds, a garage assistant supervisor who posted an anti-LGBTQ message on social media ahead of the Columbus Pride Parade on Saturday.

“I hope this event turns out like the Boston Marathon a few year’s back. All f-g's should be killed or at least relocated," Dodds wrote in a message posted to the Columbus Pride Parade's Facebook page.

In an email sent to NBC Out, a spokesperson for Columbus City Schools, Jacqueline Bryant, confirmed the district is "working toward the termination of Mr. Dodds for these highly inappropriate comments."

Pretty rude comment. I’d fire him too.

Let’s assume he is a citizen with the same rights as the garage assistant.

I’m not disagreeing with you regarding the shooting war, we found that out last week...but maybe we see things a bit different. I do LOVE to play at their level, one of the main reasons that I love Trump. But supporting someone on our side (i.e., not liking gays) who then for the mass murder of a group...it’s still a bit much too much for me.

I think people are sick to death of being pushed around by faggots. Push is coming to shove and the homos started it. Maybe if they would shut up and stop targeting Christian businesses for lawsuits, people wouldn’t hate them anymore. We went from “live and let live” to “you will throw your bible out and believe what I, a homosexual pervert, tell you to believe.”

None of those protect the job of a bus barn assistant, nor do they protect one from being investigated for hoping for a terrorist attract at a certain location and a certain time.

....but the choice to prosecute....why is it
OK for a nitwit senator from NJ to promote
“open season on Republicans” and nothing is done?

What does all that have to do with hoping a parade is bombed?

The goal of a federal prosecution is not to convict a person, the goal of a federal prosecution is to destroy and bankrupt a person.

Don’t be surprised if there is a federal prosecutor licking his chops over this bus barn attendant.

Shame the link took me to the NBC “Gay” page: ‘NBC Out’.
I wouldn’t give them ‘clicks’- ie: money- by choice.

His FB page probably identifies him as an employee, so maybe they can fire him.
Facebook is a trap for free speech.

“Facebook is a trap for free speech.”

No. A person advocating for a Terrorist Bombing sets his own trap.

Okay. The sodomite branch of the Evil Army says they will never retreat, ever, under any circumstances.

What should we do?

No, free speech can be unwise speech.
He would suffer no harm from his statement otherwise since he committed no crime.

But FaceBook trapped him.

“What should we do?”

Let’s start with not advocating terrorist bombings of parades.

It is impossible to be sufficiently rude to sodomites.

1 it is a government entity so first amendment attaches\
2 it was on his private time
3 the first amendment protects hateful speech as much as we despise it.
4 he works as a mechanic. his thoughts have zero to do with this slap firing.

“executions will continue until moral improves” as the saying goes.

What does “free speech” have to do with it? He openly called for terrorism / mass murder and his employer decided they don’t want someone who would say that working for them.

Spot on.

Even though a government is taking action, it is in the context of an employer-employee relationship. Trust me, I'm a huge Free Speech advocate. In any other context, this would be protected Free Speech.
