A liberal federal prosecutor could view it as a Terrorist Theat and a liberal federal judge could issue a search warrant for his house.

During that search they may find, fuel oil, fertilizers, nails, a pressure cooker, a rice cooker, timing devices and assorted firearms.

A Grand Jury would indict.

He would not be convicted at trial, but would have a lawyer bill of $200k.
