Heavenly Father,
We love You, Lord. On this day when we honor our fathers, we ask You to help us to honor You first with our lives. You are perfect in every way, Father. Though our earthly fathers may fail us, yet You never leave us nor forsake us. You love Your children so completely, so eternally, and so much more than we can imagine or think. Thank You, Abba Father, for being more than enough for us all.
Lord, we ask You to bless fathers this day with the desire to be the spiritual leaders of their households. We pray that they would rise up and be the Godly compass for their families---showing them the ways of righteousness. May they provoke not their children, but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. And may they love their wives as Christ has loved the Church and has given Himself for it.
Thank You for Your hand on President Trump’s life this past week, Lord. May he continue to grow in grace and in knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ, and may he safely trust in You for every decision he must make. Father, as his enemies continue to rise up against him, we pray that You would never cease to be his shield, his strength, and his strong tower. We say in Jesus’ Name that no weapon formed against him shall prosper! And we thank You, Great God, for Your powerful healing of Rep. Scalise and the other men and women who were injured in the shootings this week.
Father, we commit our military men and women to You in these times that grow more troubled by the day. Comfort the families of those lost this past week. Strengthen all who are headed to foreign soil. Lord, our hearts go out to these brave young people. We know that You will care for them and that Your shield and banner will go before them.
Lord, the family unit in America has suffered greatly. May the men of this nation rise up and follow You as they seek to lead their children in Your ways. And may Your Name be glorified in our lives both now and evermore. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Alleluia Lord you alone are worthy of Praise!
We lift our hearts that you have given us your Peace...a Peace that passes all understanding....so we ask that our President and first Lady, and all their staff , advisors and administration entire experience your peace today and find refreshment in body , soul and spirit in You as they prepare themselves for the week ahead. ....Remind each one who they serve and that it is You who fights with them against the foe....and it is You that brings the victory for this nation and it's people.......grant them every tool needed to accomplish your purposes .....give them insight into all things they need to know and the wisdom to know what to dismiss.....and most of all give them the power of your discernment to see through the wiles of deceitful men and women who oppose your will and purposes for this country.
Further Lord God......we really don't care what the reasons are that our Representatives in the Republican Party have yet to unite and stand with this President, they have shown they are cowards at best and traitors at worst..........so we ask that those who look to you, those who are called to serve this nation and this President and the people...rise up now, and in the weeks ahead, as a formidable force against the tide of those who are seeking harm to this country......and give us all the ability, might and courage to stand with them....
In your Almighty and Powerful Name....Amen.
