OK I am going to show my ignorance here . . . but every time I go to the Twitter link all I see after Trump’s twitter link (such as this one https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/875321478849363968 ) all I see after his tweets are negative comments, with the top one 4 hours old.
Can someone explain to me why a 4 hour old post is at the top? Do I have my time settings off maybe?
I guess I can guess that the reason that there are so many negative posts is because some people live to post against Trump’s twitter posts.
Is there a way to filter this stuff?

Nobody has mentioned this as far as I know, but I think the reason that the emoluments charge will fail is that Trump would get the cash flow from the hotel rooms anyway.

If the supposed foreign governments did NOT rent his hotel rooms, someone else would still rent them and Trump would still get the cash flow.

Therefore, it is NOT a cash payment as a result of his government position, if the cash payment would have occurred anyway.
