Once again this is a Poster child case for judge shopping.

Why the hell is a Judge in Washington DC making a ruling on a pipeline in ND/SD. Why isn't a Judge in THAT DISTRICT hearing the case?

THAT is what needs to be fixed. Judge BLOWHARD BUTTNUGGET in DC should have no jurisdiction whatsoever over this.

"... U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg for the District of Columbia said in a 91-page decision that the Corps did not adequately consider the impacts of an oil spill on the tribe's fishing rights,..."

The word 'adequate' is usually a subjective term. It's the judge who thinks he deserves the right to define what is adequate and not the Corps of Engineers. "Bring me a rock. No that's not the rock I wanted. Bring me another rock." This could go on forever.

The country will have to develop anti-bodies to combat the infection. An acquired immune response always targets the sources of an infection, and keeps vigil for similar scourges hiding in disguise. In what form will Political Penicillin manifest?

Gosh, my old nursery school graduation picture.

I told Mrs. Jansen I didn’t like strawberry ice cream.
