The special counsel overseeing the investigation into Russia’s role in the 2016 election is interviewing senior intelligence officials as part of a widening probe that now includes an examination of whether President Trump attempted to obstruct justice, officials said.
The move by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate Trump’s own conduct marks a major turning point in the nearly year-old FBI investigation, which until recently focused on Russian meddling during the presidential campaign and on whether there was any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Investigators have also been looking for any evidence of possible financial crimes among Trump associates, officials said.

I think this is instructive and am very certain nothing will come of this other than huge expenditures of political capital by the left and globalists and have nothing to show for it.
We all know several things: This is an attack on the president. His enemies know he will pardon anyone they charge so thats pointless. We are getting to see exactly who the friends and enemies of America are. A whole new generation is learning about the lunacy of the left. Impeachment is political and the resistance movement and MSM is undercutting any chance impeachment can become a practical reality either by current house or by losing the house at the mid terms.
The threat of pardon makes Mueller's offers of immunity to flip on stuff that didn't happen not very valuable. They got nothing other than the press who is busy inciting the base into murderous violence.
I don't think as a whole all this cacophony of sound and fury is gaining them any voters. Most non political people probably see the democrats turning into the very thing they accuse rightwingers of being (violent,hateful,racist,nutjobs) Mueller's got a big turd burger of nothing, soon maybe he'll even realize this.
More than likely events of the day will blow this away.
Mueller looks like one of the guys in the conspiracy from the X-Files (Marly man or something) very definition of a grey uniparty globalist. If he finds a way to taint this and we learn he some crazy like Comey or J. Edgar Hoover. we can show that the FBI has had some sort of weirdo running it for its entire history.

The communication was through foreign intelligence gathering, so while it may be available to Trump, it is hard to say if we as citizens would see it right away.

I agree w you. This is mess now, thanks to mostly dem efforts, but also some miscalculations by Trump. Not firing Comey day 1, not firing every Obamaite day 1, Sessions recusing himself without discussing w Trump, some stupid tweets which have given legs to the story, not going on offense with the DOJ, not asserting more power over members of Congress to keep them in line. Clearly they know who some of the leakers are, but no REAL perp walk yet.
I have always believed that this is a unique situation in which the US Military should form an investigative body that has full and broad authority to investigate the FBI / CIA / NSA as it is clear that some parts of their leadership are involved and colluding with each other. The appropriate special council would have been a law enforcement arm of the US Military. The FBI could still do their investigation, but it would concurrent with the military’s and it would be reported back to the military for vetting. This would change a lot inside of a week.

Buttt.....I’m thinking there is an actual obstruction investigation going on behind the Mueller shield, and it is of Loretta Lynch. Comey was dogwhistling to her during his recent testimony. I’m thinking Comey also discussed with Rosenstein and Mueller before his testimony—and Mueller told him to say nothing indicating an investigation. But Comey dropped a hint anyway.
The calls for Mueller to be fired are off base, IMHO, and quietly pushed as well from the clinton/obama mob, behind the scenes. Planting doubts...
And remember, Sessions recused himself from all things election. Lynch/Hillary/Comey obstruction is absolutely fair game. And after all on our side in the justice dept. have emphasized how unprofessional Comey was disclosing what he did about the hillary email crap, and how leakers will be strung up, don’t be surprised if there is a serious criminal investigation into Lynch going on right now.

Agree! The speed with which he appointed Comey’s bff to investigate Trump tells you all you need to know. Rosenstein was beside himself to get this bogus political witch hunt going. Fire him for starters, and see how it goes from there.
The amount of evidence found that Hillary/Podesta money laundered with a Russian bank thru emails, and fact Podesta was on BOD of that bank gives pause to Putin comment.
Wonder who is covering up what? Was Comey involved? Was Mueller, Rosenstein or others involved? Putin would either be playing with people, or he has some reason to want Comey in Russia; lots of questions here.
Wish WikiLeaks had some more emails sent to them to answer these ????. I know Sessions wants to prosecute Julian Assange and Snowden, yet they actually were a big help in getting DJT elected President...a lot of info in those e mails. So sad that SETH RICH had to die for passing those emails to WikiLeaks!

President Trump needs to announce that he is fighting back by:
1) Announcing the appointment of a special counsel to investigate Loretta Lynch’s Obstruction of Justice concerning the Clinton email scandal
2) Opening all government files and appointing a special investigator to investigate the JFK assassination....
