Shortly after the shooting Wednesday morning at a congressional baseball practice, Rep. Mark Walker (R-N.C.) told NBC News that it appeared the "gunman was there to kill as many Republican members as possible." Walker, who was at the practice for the upcoming annual congressional baseball game in Alexandria, Virginia, confirmed he was "shaken but okay."
Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) recounted an "odd" encounter he had as he was leaving the field just minutes before the shooting: "There was a guy that walked up to us that was asking whether it was Republicans or Democrats out there, and it was just a little odd," DeSantis told Fox News.

Regardless of whether Antifa is involved in this, it is high time that group was declared a terrorist organization, and deserves the same treatment that ISIS is getting.
Look for the Democrat propaganda machine to kick into high gear today, and try to spin this as a “Gun Safety” issue (that’s the more benign term they are using these days in place of “Gun Control” - same agenda, new name.) Also, look for the name Gabby Giffords to be repeatedly invoked in an effort to divert attention away from the fact that the shooter was deliberately targeting Republicans.
“As we were standing here this morning, a gunman walked up to the fence line and just began to shoot. I was standing at home plate and he was in the third base line,” Bishop said. “He had a rifle that was clearly meant for the job of taking people out, multiple casualties, and he had several rounds and magazines that he kept unloading and reloading.”
The shooting went on for roughly 10 minutes, with some accounts putting the number of shots fired around 100. Four people were injured, including two Capitol Hill police officers and House Majority Whip Steve Scalise, of Louisiana. The suspect was also shot.
“The only reason why any of us walked out of this thing, by the grace of God, one of the folks here had a weapon to fire back and give us a moment to find cover. We were inside the backstop and if we didn’t have that cover by a brave person who stood up and took a shot themselves, we would not have gotten out of there and every one of us would have been hit — every single one of us,” said Bishop. “He was coming around the fence line and he was looking for all of us who had found cover in different spots. But if we didn’t have return fire right there, he would have come up to each one of us and shot us point-blank.”
Well, the Republicans had baseball bats, so a gun was necessary! /s
This time around, there are no clear lines. If we had another Civil War, the battle would be everywhere. Hopefully that does not come to pass.

The steady escalation, and tolerance of, political violence and intimidation by the Left in this country was bound to lead to incidents like this. But what the Left really resents is the people who voted for Trump. Make no mistake, the Left intensely loathes and hates us for taking their power and control away. Nor do not accept the outcome of the election and will of the people as expressed through our system of voting. That is what they really hate. And they are out to destroy it.

And, of condoning violence as only the expression of freedom of speech, which only the violent are entitled too. Remember Baltimore where the order was given to let the violent destroy those properties? All of that counts toward encouraging worse and worse violence. The media has played a major role in promoting the hatred which fed this. The constant daily assaults on our President, encouraging depictions of his assassination in plays and through showing a fake, bloody chopped off head on TV by that woman, encourages the normalization of violence against conservatives. This is not going to fly, media. This is how Civil War begins.

Project Veritas proved the left employ mentally unstable individuals to do their dirty work. The Hillary campaign hired a company who admittedly used mentally unstable people to commit violet acts at Trump rallies. These people were trained, equipped and guided by operatives on the ground at the rallies.

It is not a coincidence this occurs in *gun-free* zones where the victims cannot defend themselves unless they have an armed guard.
