We need to take on cable bundling again and resurrect the a la carte programming option that got shot down a few years back, and let networks Like Comedy Central feel it in their wallets. Likewise to the big ISP's and cable providers that force you to take a hundred channels of pure horse muffins, when you only watch five. It's the damned alphabet networks that drive the cost so high. You dance to their fiddle or you don't dance at all. As a provider, you HAVE to carry their product and pay through the nose for it, including whatever ancillary cable programming they produce. I work for one; I've seen it on paper and in practice. It's a scam as big as Big Pharma, banking, and the insurance industry.
