Court orders DHS to reinstate amnesty for Georgia Dreamer (reinstate Obama's DACA status)

A federal judge ordered Homeland Security Monday to reinstate an amnesty for a Dreamer and blasted the government for “running roughshod” over a young woman in a ruling that breaks new ground in legal rights for illegal immigrants.

Judge Mark H. Cohen ruled that the department didn’t follow its own procedures when it stripped Jessica Colotl of her status under President Obama’s 2012 amnesty, known in government-speak as DACA.

The judge ordered her deportation amnesty and her work permit be kept in place, and sent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services — the Homeland Security agency that handles applications — back to consider Ms. Colotl’s case again.

“The public has an interest in government agencies being required to comply with their own written guidelines instead of engaging in arbitrary decision making,” Judge Cohen said.

When the Obama administration established the program it said DACA was entirely at the discretion of Homeland Security, and could be revoked.

He ruled that its ‘a law’ and must be followed by the Federal government.

At this point, this country can't afford to play the enemedia's games. They have proven time and again, on the national and local levels, that they are very anti-American and push the corporate globalist agenda.

The Judge is farting in a stiff wind. She is ineligible for renewal and eligible for removal.

But this exemplifies what we are up against with those already in the system and eligible for renewal.

The good news is new applications for DACA are down to 167 a day. Thats a YUGE drop from the program average of over 750, and over a 50% drop from the previous qtr. Trump is killing DACA without lifting a pen.

The DREAM Act failed to pass Congress so Obama implemented it as an executive order. It is not as popular as you and the Ministry of Propaganda would have us believe or it would have passed Congress.

Somehow a dreamer that had been given amnesty (by SOME means) has lost it.

Whatever it is ... it is a decision that over rode a previous decision.
