Hannity: Shut Down Mueller’s Special Counsel Probe
Breitbart.com ^ | 12 Jun 2017 | Jeff Poor

Monday on Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” during his “Opening Monologue” segment, host Sean Hannity on two occasions called for the special counsel probe headed by former FBI Director Robert Mueller to be shut down.

First, Hannity called into question the relationship between former FBI Director James Comey, who Hannity suggested was biased against Trump, and Mueller, which he described as a conflict of interest.

“[J]ames Comey’s relationship with the special counsel Robert Mueller is a massive conflict of interest,” he said. “It’s why it is time to shut down this political witch hunt that is really aimed at stopping the president, delegitimizing him, and hopefully in the minds of some making sure he gets thrown out of office. It’s that serious.”

Rosenstein’s credibility and non-partisan reputation took a huge hit when he named Mueller special counsel. That alone warrants Rosenstein’s dismissal as well.

“like having Steve Bannon head the Awan Brothers investigation.”

WTH is that supposed to mean? It might have made sense if he said Schumer. Is he trying to say Bannon would be allies of the Awan brothers It’s a nonsensical tweet.

FROM TWITTER: Rep. Steven Smith‏ @RepStevenSmith 1h1 hour ago Having Comey's long-term FRIEND Robert Mueller as special counsel is like having Steve Bannon head the Awan Brothers investigation.

That might be the worst analogy I've ever heard. What does that even mean?

Did he intend something like "Having Comey's long-term FRIEND Robert Mueller as special counsel is like having Bill Clinton head the Rose Law Firm investigation."

Yet...
These positions still answer (AKA: Hire&FIRE) to the Executive.
I continue to believe that DJT will Constitutionally correct the specific separation of powers.
Give him time to “untangle” the loss of Constitutional accountability.

Sessions is not going to do anything to help today. The coup will continue unabated.

We need to be keeping a list of the coup leaders.

There is nothing to investigate, but politicians love to perform for the benefit of the media. That is expensive entertainment for the swamp creatures, financed by we poor tax payers.

First, let’s define what crime he is investigating? There is no evidence of a crime, unless he’s investigating Hillary or Comey, thus - shut it down.

President Trump can end this at any time. Given the similar talking points from numerous sources yesterday and today, suspect that’s what will happen. Then, watch the media/establishment reaction. The battle will escalate.

President Trump can end this at any time.

Right now he has the strongest arguments to stop this. The longer this goes on, the harder it will be to stop and the more it will expand.

Strike while the iron is hot. This is a brief opportunity to shape the iron before it hardens.

We all knew there was a problem with some Republican Senators

A problem with MOST of them. They say one thing and do another. They are weak, unprincipled and deceptive.

I agree with you, gibsonguy.

That tweet makes no sense.

They make it sound like Steve Bannon would be in cahoots with the muzzie Awan brothers. WTF?

More like “It would be like putting Huma Abedin in charge of the Awan brothers investigation.”

Hannity is about to be fired. We stopped watching Fox after O’Reilly was fired. We can’t stand the morning “Yuk it up” news fools. While the Dem coup is racing ahead, Fox had a show about new cars. We watch OANN now.

Hannity is about to be fired.

If so then Fox News will be worth pennies on the dollar what it was a couple years ago and the Murdock boys are bigger fools than I ever gave them credit for.

My bet would be on Sen. James Risch to do that.

Why no special counsel regarding the Hillary “matter”?
