No.

Time for tar n feathers for those judges that strike down settled law (the law that gives the President the authority to exclude threats to the nation).

Now that the 9th has ruled, the USSC can stay the injunction until it’s decided in 3 years.

I’m also going to enjoy reading the slap down the supremes give the 9th.

Surprised?

That the 9th Circuit has not bothered to read the U.S. Constitution?

Link to the opinion and order

Don't trust the press to get it right, although the DO get right the basic fact, the 9th Circuit has smacked down EO2.

Basis is "exceeds authority" because the EO has insufficnet "findings."

The parts of the lower court injunction that prohibited the administration from studying the issue and developing improved vetting were not upheld.

Keep that in mind - the lower court prohibited the administration from carrying out study on the issue.

Not another appeals court. The 9th circus has already blocked Trumps terrorist import ban before. This is just the same court, different circumstances.

Federal Judges should be removed when and after they clearly rule against our Constitution in any fashion, as they have here.

I hope the President is right when he says extreme vetting is being used. That’s a way around these jerks in robes that they cannot stop. Aside from that, its high time Trump took the Andrew Jackson approach and tell the courts that they should enforce the decisions they make. End of court interference.

...president violated U.S. immigration law by discriminating against people based on their nationality and that Trump failed to show their entry into the country would hurt American interests.

No he didn't, and even if he did he has very very wide discretion regarding immigration.

These #fakejudges are wrong.

the president violated U.S. immigration law by discriminating against people based on their nationality

Folks, this is the end of America.

Borders are discriminatory. They are there to separate nations.

EVERY immigration law the United States have ever made considered nationality: it's the central issue.

There is no right to immigrate. Period.

If there were, what would be our right to stop say, 2 million members of the People's Liberation Army from simply "immigrating", and since the court believes that they also have Constitutional rights absent citizenship, they bring their guns with them as part of their 2nd amendment rights?

Invasion is a civil right?

This is the single most insand and dangerous court ruling in that last 160 years. It ABOLISHES the borders of the United States.

in my humble opinion, DJT should just implement his order (and hopefully strengthen it substantially!!) ...

the court orders are so patently unconstitutional, ultra-vires intrusions into the powers of the president and congress...

what the mass media has failed to report ... is that this is another Madison v. Marberry type case where the judiciary is trying to intrude and seize powers of the other constitutional branches of our government

(and the situation is a genuine emergency, too, what with thousands and thousands more enemy Islamic fighting men infiltrating America almost daily.....)
