Comey claimed he (illegally) leaked his (allegedly) contemporaneous memo in response to Trump's "tapes tweet." The only problem is, Comey orchestrated his leak on May 11th, but Trump did not tweet about the existence of any taping of Comey until May 12th.
Look for more of Jimmy The Weasel's Testimony to come into question as time goes on...

While the Times did publish an article on May 11 describing the January 27 dinner in which Trump purportedly asked Comey for his loyalty, the Times cited officials who recalled Comeys descriptions of the evening to them, not the memos themselves.
I wasted some good time on that red herring but the timeline is off and Comey is good there. Seems OANN got the timeline screwed up and the first article was about conversations and not the actual memos.
The ramifications of this lie go straight to Comey's credibility, and we, the public, are the jurors weighing his testimony.
I noticed that NOBODY on the committee felt that the leak was a problem, and all of the member of the committee apprised Comey as honest, totally honest.
That is troubling to me.
Anybody know if time zones could explain the difference? Comey was at one point in CA while Trump was tweeting from the east coast.
