Comey will dispute the definition of leaker, saying it can mean other things.............kinda like "loyalty" or "see your way thru" or everything else Comey is twisting Trumps words.

Comey is not as guilty as Reality Winner. He leaked an unclassified personal memo. Winner leaked highly classified info. It’s not the same.
If Comey had previously testified under oath that he never leaked anything to the press, he’s still okay. Technically he didn’t give it to the press; he gave it to “a friend.”
Comey is a snake, but he’s not going down on account of a personal memo. More’s the pity.
Can’t you here see what Comey is doing? He’s trying to set him self up as some sort of an precient being who has this unbelievable insight into how things should be, so he here tries to take credit by manufacturing history in order to make himself look like it was he who is resonsible for the special council.
He is also dumping on the left in an attempt to appear to be non-partisan and thereby make his testimony more believable too more people. This is all being done in a pathetic attempt for him to regain the credibility that he knows he has lost buy all of the changes that he had the made to his original claims.
THIS is the reason for this relentless, 24/7 'Russia investigation' and I am OUTRAGED at this COLOSSAL waste of time aimed at a political assassination!
here’s what I bet happened: The WH got a call from CNN wanting a comment on the leak that Flynn had been cleared by the FBI for the ambassador calls. Trump wanted to close-door ask Comey if that was true, CNN was going to run a story that Flynn had been cleared. The next day CNN runs their story, confirming the NYPost story of Jan 24.
Comey’s a liar.
Since his memos are of the meeting/spoken words with the President, would they not be, automatically, considered classified, until someone says otherwise?

Indeed. Now we know that the entire appointment of a special counsel relies on nothing more credible than a "Note to Self" written by government employee who leaks sketchy information to undermine a president, but won't even leak solid fact the the president is not under investigation.
And to read the MSM reports on the hearing, only the Dems are being quoted and only the anti-Trump statements of Comey are being reported.
Hoping COMEY and company will serve time at the Thomson Federal Prison.

That's not true. From a legal standpoint asking someone to do something for you is the same as doing it yourself. Except you've created an additional count of conspiracy.

He's also doing quite a bit without any help from Congress at all ... which is probably why he likes to feed the media frenzy in the first place.
Comey also said he turned his memos over to the special prosecutor, presumably meaning they were never part of any official FBI records, just his personal little CUA file. And who knows when they were actually created.
Wonder if there is any video still around of the moment Comey left Trump Tower and immediately, while in the limo, began tapping out his notes on his laptop.
These are government documents. Already given to other officials. He had no right leaking them.
