On today’s Meet the Press, John Kerry compared President Trump’s explanation of pulling out of the Paris climate accord to O.J. Simpson wanting to find the ‘real killer’ of Nicole Simpson Brown:
“When Donald Trump says to the world, well, we’re going to negotiate a better [climate] deal. I mean, you know, he’s going to go out and find a better deal? That’s like — I mean that’s like O.J. Simpson saying he’s going to go out and find the real killer. Everybody knows he’s not going doing to do that because he doesn’t believe in it. Because if he did believe in it, you wouldn’t pull out of Paris.”

Why aren’t Kerry or Obama or other leftists filing a lawsuit to stop President Trump from killing the Paris agreement?
Because the last thing they want is a court of law looking into their unconstitutional actions and having to appear in open court to defend
the agreement, which is much different than they said when they tried to sell it to the American people.
If this was such a fantastic deal for America why didn’t Kerry and Obama submit it to the senate to ratify as a treaty (which it is) in accordance with the US Constitution?
Because they lied and cheated as they always do.
It is not a good deal and they knew congress wouldn’t ratify it.
Instead they decided to become legislators and make law themselves in violation of the constitutional separation of powers.
They slid the agreement through the back door, forcing it on America without the discussion, debate and vote in congress that a treaty requires.
But in so doing they made it temporary and non-binding on President Trump or American citizens.
Their own perfidy, lying and double dealing left the door open for President Trump to act in accordance his constitutional authority and kill it.
That’s why we call the residents ‘Massholes’
He gives the phrase “keep your eye on the ball” new meaning.
