Comedian Kathy Griffin held a press conference Friday with her attorney regarding the backlash surrounding the image of her holding up a faux severed head of President Donald Trump.
During her opening statement, Griffin said the reaction from the White House is something that has never been seen before.
"A sitting president of the United States and his grown children and the first lady are personally—I feel—personally trying to ruin my life forever. Forever," the comic said. "You guys know him, he's never going to stop."
Since images and video of her controversial photo shoot were posted earlier this week, Griffin has been fired from CNN's New Year's Eve coverage team, and Sen. Al Franken (D., Minn.) has canceled an upcoming appearance with Griffin.
Hey Kathy, ISIS would probably pay you well to do PR and advertisements for them. That would be a new career direction for you, but the downside is that you would have to move to Syria or somewhere like that. Anyway, give it some thought. Does ISIS have your agent’s contact information?

If she really believed that what she did was "art" she could continue her work with a series of images. I'm sure she could think of equally offensive images based on other well known politicians, public, and religious figures. But she's not about to do that, since her liberal friends would really "destroy" her then.
At this press conference, we witnessed Kathie Griffin pour gasoline all over her body and put a lighter to it.
