Kathy Griffin INSANE Press Conference with Lisa Bloom 6/2/17. Kathy Griffin and is holding a press conference on Friday in order to react to the continued outrage over her controversial photo shoot with a likeness of President Trump‘s head. Griffin has hired attorney Lisa Bloom, who announced that today’s event will “explain the true motivation behind the image, and respond to the bullying from the Trump family [Griffin] has endured.” Griffin’s photo shoot became an instant source of controversy this week, and it was strongly condemned from figures on both sides of the political aisle. The backlash has cost Griffin celebrity endorsement deals, public events, and her New Years Eve co-hosting job with CNN’s Anderson Cooper. Griffin has apologized for the photo, though she still faces major condemnation pro-Trump people and others around the country. Trump himself blasted her photo as “sick,” and the president’s family has also slammed the comedienne over the controversy.
Lisa Bloom is not her mother. At least her mother would have kept her insane client quiet.
The only motivation that would excuse that photo is if the Trump family had decapitated one of Kathy’s loved ones, assuming she has any.
I tried to watch. It was like watching a toilet back up. Couldn’t do it.

Her performance mirrored Joan Rivers’ famous meltdown press conference after her husband committed suicide. Same facial expressions, same fake tears. She apparently idolized Rivers so I’m not surprised.
I knew her bullsh!t apology was just that BULLSH!T. And the first thin gout of her shyster’s piehole is to mention a couple of men who performed similar stunts, some 4th rate, obscure heavy meatal group called Muinicipal Waste, and Marilyn Manson. REALLY?!?! Is this the best she could come up with? Honey if you’re gonna morally equivocate and engage in whataboutisms, at least cite better examples than those freak shows. Ice T has done similar things regarding Bush43, but we know why she wouldn’t dare go there, right? No double standars, that’s just a PIGMENT of our imaginations.

Obviously she is missing the subtle humor evident in the cancelled shows and lost endorsements.
When some of my kids were pretty young, one went through a phase where she was hitting the others a lot. She would run to me and tattle, “Momma, I hit so and so and she hit me back!” It was funny because it was dumb. She learned to quit doing it by the time she was four or five.
This news conference reminded me of my daughter, except it’s just sad to see a 56 year old woman (why did she keep saying that?) who doesn’t realize she’s holding a news conference showcasing how dumb she is!
I hope that Kathy Griffin is proven wrong. The politics of personal destruction has taken a new level of evil with her.
Don’t be surprised if she is bigger than ever after this blows over...
She just went from the C list to the A list.

Kathy Griffin now says all she did with the now infamous photo is parody Donald Trump’s own words about Megyn Kelly, when he said during the campaign, “She had blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”
Kathy, who sobbed at one point saying of the President, “He broke me,” says she’s dealt with “white guys trying to hold her down before,” pretty clearly saying Trump is doing that to her now. Griffin says her apology stands, and she wishes she had used a blow-up doll with less ketchup instead.
Kathy says she’s gotten death threats and people are trying to ruin her life. She broke down in tears when we asked if she thought her friend, Anderson Cooper, calling the photo “disgusting” was his word or CNN’s.
She says Trump’s outrage is just a distraction ... an attempt to get America off the FBI investigation.
Kathy’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, went on the attack against the President, Melania and Donald Jr. saying they bullied her, adding they are responsible for Kathy losing jobs, including her CNN gig.
Bloom says the President’s family is trying to “ruin” Kathy. But she went further ... claiming the criticism is misogyny ... that male artists like Marilyn Manson went way further and escaped the wrath of the public. Kathy echoed the sentiment, saying this wouldn’t have happened “to a white guy.”
It sure sounds like Bloom is taking back her client’s apology, when she said the photo shoot went too far. But Kathy maintains her apology stands.
Bloom says the Secret Service has even contacted Kathy. TMZ broke the story it’s protocol for the Agency to investigate even if it’s obvious the “threat” is not a danger.
Bloom was on the ropes when a reporter quoted part of Griffin’s live act — from long ago — saying she would go after Barron as well as the President. Bloom said the Tyler Shields photo was never intended to harm Trump’s son. She also said it’s ultimately a parent’s responsibility to monitor what their kid watches.
After TMZ first posted the photo, President Trump said “Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick.”
Melania said, “As a mother, a wife, and a human being, that photo is very disturbing,” adding it “makes you wonder about the mental health of the person who did it
