MSNBC host Joe Scarborough on Friday blamed White House chief strategist Stephen Bannon for President Trump's decision to back out of the Paris climate accord, saying that the move signals that Bannon "is now the president of the United States."
"Time Magazine was right. Steve Bannon is president of the United States," Scarborough said on his show "Morning Joe."

In reality, Steve Bannon has FAR less authority that the similarly placed Valerie Jarrett had while she was adviser to the White House.
The Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 2009-2017, had very few convictions or opinions that were not manufactured by somebody else and simply inserted in his head, but Trump, on the other hand, is very forceful in exerting authority all on his own. Bannon simply reinforces what Trump already believes.
