President Donald Trump does not share his predecessor's view on transgender rights, while plenty in the ranks and inside the Pentagon have questioned the practicality of expending such effort to accommodate a comparatively small demographic.

Glad to see this. While we can discuss and debate issues of transsexual people and gender dysphoria, we should also be able to say that certain people should not be in the military; that their personal issues preclude them from being able to carry out a military mission.
The military services are NOT the place for anyone to work out their “transgender” confusion. Policy should be that anyone who considers themselves “transgender” needs to leave the military.
I guess Obama won’t be able to enlist like he wanted...

Nothing creepier than trannies......I’ve seen two, one in a women’s store where I was shopping for my plus-size daughter. HUGE “woman” with no expression on her plasticized face shopping beside me. Took awhile to realize why I was creeped out.

It’s a real gravy train if they get the military to pay for a sex change, if fact it likely attracts applicants who could never otherwise afford it. Lose lose.
We need to quit accepting that there are transgendered people or even that there are “gay” people. These are people who are confused and need society’s help, not by fine tuning lots of rules to accommodate them but by making it clear that their “orientation” is not accepted. That doesn’t mean beating anyone up.
You know the answer; all perverted, chosen lifestyles must become mainstream with the degenerate Left.

You can never promote evil, dysfunctional, dehumanizing behaviors which destroy unity, cohesion and set males into defensive roles, since they are more liable to be raped. Immoral, warped people (homosexuals) should not be allowed in the military if they are “out” and are so irrational and removed from reality (truth) that they think such degrading, evil desires are “good”. Homosexuality and transgenderism should be put back on the mental ill list (like it was forever in a RATIONAL Christian nation).
The Marxists are trying to remove Truth—kill God—and reinvent culture so that Up is Down, Men are Women, and people are so dumb and ignorant they believe Slavery is Freedom.
Virtue is essential to freedom and as Machiavelli stated, it is essential in the military. (The Founders, Justice John Marshall). Just laws as the US Founders knew, only promote Truth—natural laws and God’s Laws.
Our Constitution is only compatible with Truth (God) and Natural Law (God’s Laws). (Lockean philosophy which is opposite of Marxism—and collective, irrational tribalism).
