aYes, this is the Class Action that was served by young, energetic, joyfully living Bernie Supporter Shawn Lucas who was found dead shortly after.
The DNC/DWS denied the suit was legally served based on an unprecedented technicality. In their minds, they had to do this because they could not afford such a lawsuit coming to light in the middle of their campaign for Hillary.
