Can attain heights of 10,000 feet, travel at 93 MPH, and can go 25 miles. Commuter of the future? Rapid attack force? Search and rescue? Drone Men?
New growth industry?
Or never get off the ground due to too much regulation?
I hate to see it go upside down, and drive the flyer straight into the dirt.

That was a reference to the BTTF2 scene where Marty, unknowingly took the hoverboard over the pool....................

I’m not worried about it getting off the ground, but about how it gets back on the ground.

Cool way for a hundred Marines to launch a surprise attack on an enemy - though I’m sure the DoD has a superior version of this already.

I think you have to learn how to fly it and position and balance yourself. So those Marines would be specially trained. But it is a very interesting concept.
But take 4 of these devices and install on each corner of a platform, and you have a flying drone that possibly anyone can fly with carrying a lot of weight.
You could also leap from the tops of buildings.
Or law enforcement personnel can hover above crowds.
