If the CIA was doing its job instead of smuggling drugs we would have a safe bunch of countries in Central America and one day South America a as well.

El Salvador can give these thugs the type of prison environment they deserve. That would be horrible places that are impossible to escape. Arm them all and leave them in there without guards.
In the US , liberal pro-Obama judges and sanctuary cities would likely set them free.
