British police have stopped sharing information about the Manchester Arena bombing investigation with the U.S. after leaks to the media, the BBC reported Thursday.
Home Secretary Amber Rudd warned the U.S. Wednesday about “irritating” leaks despite assurances from American officials. Images from the attack appeared in The New York Times just hours later, which was the final straw for British authorities.
Prime Minister Theresa May will raise the issue with President Donald Trump at a NATO summit Thursday in Brussels. Officials believe the leaks are coming from U.S. law enforcement, rather than the White House.

Everyone with a phone and access to social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube) was uploading content from the event.
Were these images from first responders? UK government investigators?
And I recall that UK police have been busted in the past for leaking phonecalls and other things to the British press.
What were they going to do, hide the name?
Tell us that it was popping balloons?

I turned to youtube for news updates because at the time the media was still blathering on about popping balloons inside the hall and a possible “stampede”.
When I saw video of a man with bleeding legs (the kind from shrapnel, not broken legs from falling down), I figured that there was a coverup afoot.
MSM showed the QUEEN in a hospital visiting an injured child from the terrorist attack. She asked, “You’ve had quite a jolt, didn’t you?” The father passively agreed. Unbelievable!

The people in charge in Britain are trying to create a false narrative that hides their incompetence and downplays the seriousness of their situation.
My bosses all did the same thing when some problem focused attention on their deficiencies. It’s how you manage the information that makes your reputation. Any general does the same when he spins the facts to minimize his mistakes or to make his mistake look like a coldly calculated move.
This is all standard bureaucratic behavior. From the “manager’s” perspective no one could possibly have done any better than they. Anyone who took over from them would do worse; much worse.
BS. What the UKowards were really peeved about was Trump's speech in Saudi, which showed that Europe is directed by the weak and the clueless--starting with fierce, awe-inspiring military minds with names like Amber and Theresa.
