WOW! Am I to take it that Assange has just revealed Seth Rich as the source? I’m not too sure how Twitter works, but I assume that is why Seth Richs name is at the end of that message??

No. The #SethRich at the end of the message is the group set up on Twitter to talk about Seth Rich. So, by clicking on that, it takes you to the group. Assange isn't really revealing the source by pointing you to the group- though it is a hint.
When Assange offered the reward for information about the murder of Seth Rich, I took that as confirmation that Seth was the leaker of DNC corruption. It’s the only way Assange can tell everyone, without telling everyone.
"Whistle-blowers go to significant efforts to get us material and often very significant risks," Assange said. "As a 27-year-old, works for the DNC, was shot in the back, murdered just a few weeks ago for unknown reasons as he was walking down the street in Washington."
When the interviewer interjected that the murder may have been a robbery, Assange pushed back.
"No," he said. "There’s no finding. So… I’m suggesting that our sources take risks."
Then there's the reward Wikileaks is offering for info that nails Rich's killer. No reason to do that unless Rich was an informant.
