A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ahmed Mohamed's father, saying the family will not get a payout from the city of Irving, Texas or the school district for the 'clock boy' scandal, DailyMail.com has learned.
On September 14, 2015, 14-year-old Ahmed gained national attention when his high school teacher suspected he brought a bomb to school.
Ahmed was surprised and showed the teacher it was actually a homemade alarm clock. She told the Muslim teen she would keep it behind her desk for the rest of the day.
Later that day, the teacher called the police who arrested Ahmed at MacArthur High School. Ahmed's father, Mohamed Mohamed, claimed the officers were overly forceful in pulling him from his chair. He says they yanked his arms up and behind his back so far that his right hand touched the back of his neck.
Ahmed was booked, finger printed, interrogated and had his mugshot taken for the offense of a 'hoax bomb'. The charges were later dropped.
Mohamed filed a Federal lawsuit against the City of Irving, Texas and Irving Independent School District accusing them of violating his son's civil rights.

This is good.
But without a true “Justice” system, this idiocy and insanity will just continue. We need to make the people who “lose” pay ALL the costs of the judge and courts. And we have to rid the courts of all the so-called judges who promote vice, evil and irrationality 24-7.
Our Justice system is based on Christian Ethics only-—Right Reason according to Natural Law. There are no “rights” other than are expressly given by the Christian God. It is the most rational religion in the history of the world and it is the system the Founders put in place. The Constitution is embedded with Natural Law and God’s Laws and NO OTHER.
We either have Rule of Law (God’s Laws/Natural Law) or we have Rule of Man (oligarchy). As Cicero stated, without a “Just” system your culture will collapse eventually—which ours has done with Row v. Wade and the Federal Reserve takeover of our institutions/”edukation” system, Hollywood, etc.
Control all the institutions and you embed their worldview in the masses-—get little non-thinking socialists who “feel” what is “just”. It becomes satanism or a Vice system which was put into effect in 1913 in the USA for the elite takeover of the minds of our children.
So, we need legal reform 100 years ago, to bring “Justice” (virtue) BACK to our legal system based on “the laws of nature and nature’s God’.
People have the right to offend others always. They have a right to discriminate and have free association (in the Constitution), and there should be no rewards for being victims (evil or dumb).

DALLAS – Daily Wire Editor-In-Chief Ben Shapiro did nothing wrong in questioning the motives of Ahmed “Clock Boy” Mohamed, a Muslim student who was detained by police after building a “clock” that resembled a bomb, a Texas court ruled.
A Dallas County District Court judge this week dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed against Shapiro by Mohamed’s father, Mohamed Mohamed, over Shapiro’s comments about the September 2015 incident at MacArthur High School in Irving.
Ahmed Mohamed was only a few weeks into school when the then ninth-grader came to class with what he described as an “invention,” which was basically a disassembled clock that was sloppily reassembled in a pencil box.
Mohamed showed his science teacher, who advised him to put it away. Later in the day, when the clock began beeping in his English class, his teacher took action because she believed it looked like a bomb. Mohamed was detained and questioned by police and briefly charged with possessing a hoax bomb, though the charge was later dismissed.
Mohamed’s politically active father, who has ties to terrorist-sponsoring foreign regimes, then took the boy on a world tour and was photographed with wanted war criminal and Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir before visiting the White House at President Obama’s invitation. Obama tweeted support for Ahmed as police investigated the situation. (snip)
Shapiro told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly the incident “was a setup and … President Obama fell for it because it confirms a couple of his pre-stated biases against police and against people who he perceives to be Islamophobic.”

Refugees travel to their homelands paid by your tax dollars is mandated under current immigration law in our country......applies to all Muslim refugees.
The father campaigned on an avalanche of US foreign aid to Muslim Sudan,
if elected. Father is second left holding his pee bottle....no plumbing in backward Sudan.

This case should have taken all of 10 minutes. Lawyer should have taken an exact replica of the clock to the bench and asked the judge: “Your honor, what would your reaction be if you were to walk into your chambers and find this sitting on your desk?” (HAT TIP Maverick68)
