In a rare admission, the acting FBI director Andrew McCabe on Thursday testified that morale within the bureau took a huge hit after Comey cleared Clinton.
There were folks within our agency who were frustrated with the outcome of the Hillary Clinton case and some of those folks were very vocal about those concerns, McCabe said.
Critics claim McCabe is partisan because his wife took $700,000 for a 2015 state senate race in Virginia from Democrats, including long time Clinton aide, Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe.
And former State Department Inspector General Howard Krongard, who served as the State Departments inspector general from 2005 to 2008, is suspicious of how Comey led the email investigation.
The FBIs allocation of immunity deals to government officials like key Clinton aides Huma Abedin, Bryan Pagliano, Cheryl Mills, John Bentel and Heather Samuelson is normally done in return for a proffer of evidence or testimony which will build a bridge from one level to a higher level, Krongard told Fox News. In this case, the immunity grants built a moat around the higher level, not a bridge.
He said in this case, it appears there was virtually nothing in return.
In light of the dissatisfaction within the bureau following Comeys decision to let Clinton and her team walk away free, a new FBI director will likely be inclined to re-evaluate all aspects of the case against Clinton and invalidate offers of immunity that were previously granted to the former Democratic nominee and her associates, Weidner explained.
A new AG and new director may take a good look at the entire case, and if anyone who received immunity did not live up to their agreement, like Huma [Abedin] with the classified documents on her computer, the deal is off...

Ping.
Fire McCabe. Put in Clarke if he wants it.
BS. McCabe and his wife WORK FOR (and have been PAID by)
Terry McAuliffe and the DNC.
This has much more than the appearance of impropriety
about which the FBI could care less, it seems,
before the entry of President Trump.
The corruption is so deep that McCabe can never again
be trusted by Americans.
McCabe is still the assistant. No need to fire him.
Yesterday, I received a fund raising letter from Sheriff Clarke. He is running for the US Senate
PING
It’s about time !
Guess that CNN and cie will like that
In fact, I thought they were supposed to announce a name on Wednesday or Thursday of last week.
Reopen mailgate? Would be a really gutsy move that would drive the dems over the edge and down into abyss but I’d be surprised if this administration’s got that much balls. Besides, the FBI pretty much closed the case.
The ONLY Russian collusion is with the Clintons.
They ‘could’, but would they be so inclined? Believe this will go the down the same path as Benghazigate, cigargate, Whitewateratergate, Wacogate, yada, yada, yada. Bet your bottom dollar - there will be no Big Names indicted or prosecuted.

There are a few alleged freepers giving their all NOW to ensure that about Wacogate (II).
All the moore reason to kick him out.
The FBI can walk down and investigate all the corruption in Washington.
Then leverage those demonstrable criminal activities to push through Trump’s entire agenda.
The email issue should be reopened. It’s been a tradition that a new administration ignores possible transgressions of previous administrations. This won’t be the case for DJT. Once a democrat is back in office, political pressure to investigate the former president will be feverish among the enemedia and other strident extremists. Trump needs to take this step to reestablish impartiality in government investigations.
“Grey Beaver” Elizabeth Warren gave a commencement address yesterday at Amherst.
She said “No one is above the law”.
That’s right, Fauxcohontas—including Hillary, Obama, Jarrett, Rice, Lynch, Lerner, Koskinen, Clapper, Brennan, Holder, Podesta, Mook and McAuliffe.
Let the games begin..
Correct. Right now, the admin is interviewing for an interim head. This does not need Congressional approval. So, if the Dems stall on his appointment of a new head, it doesn't really matter, since they would have their on man is an interim head. He stays as long as a new head isn't appointed.
their on man in as interim head
their own man in as interim head
Oh Hillary...just when you thought it was safe to come out of the woods...
