Sorta like with Sandy Burglar (underwear/sock guy)...but on that previous time he was removing docs related to the Millennial Bombing Plot and pre-9/11 measures taken (or not taken) by the Clintons (the most important docs were copies featuring extra hand-written notes made on the reports)

Probably the doc taker was then anticipating that the “impending Hillary win” would again motivate anti-Hillary forces to dig up political ammo to be used against President Hillary.
So the doc theft represented counter-measures:

No, I was thinking of some black bimbo NPR radio host guest who was demanding an “answer” to the timing of the Comey firing - first thing out of her mouth was some snarky comment to the other guest, Judge Alex, that she agreed with something he had said so he must know what he was doing (but I do agree that “Kat” seems a bit dim at times).....
For folks who weren't around (like you, apparently) Hillary was on her way back from Hawaii with a stop at some garden club in California on the morning of July 20. According to the official time-line, she did learn about Vince while en-route to DC before the Slickster who was in the WH all evening.
Hillary made an unscheduled stop in Little Rock on her way back from California that evening (to bake some cookies, no doubt).
I believe the reason Sessions was fired was to clear the way into keeping the FBI out of any investigation into the death for six months, or so, in favor of the Mighty Park Police.

Bill Clinton fired FBI Director William Sessions on July, 19th 1993.
Vince Foster was found dead on July 20th 1993.
Whereupon Hillary stole 900+ FBI files.
