*Shudder*

Not the language; I’m used to that by now, unfortunately.

But just the story.

In multicultural America, sexually active college coeds are treated like naive 14-year-old girls, while naive 14-year-old girls are treated like hardened hussies — depending on who the accused rapist is. A “frat boy,” an athlete (black or white) or a white male: Always guilty, no due process allowed. Illegal aliens: She was asking for it.

Just committing the violent rapes of minors that Americans won't commit. It's diversity.

Left wing politics is a hierarchy of victim status. Women have some ranking, but illegals have more.

(Muslims seem currently to hold top spot)

The ages of the participants in this...encounter...apparently fall within the range of the “Romeo and Juliet” law in Maryland. That, along with other details and inconsistencies in the girl’s story prompted the prosecutor to bin the charges.

I am curious whether the “victim” is of the same “community” as the former-accused.

Maryland doesn’t have a R&J (close in age exemption) law. Age of consent is 16. Sex with someone who is under the age of 16 is statutory rape.

Not that simple apparently:

Yeah, I read them. It isn’t an age exemption.

You know who else isn’t going to have to pay for his sex crimes against minors? Anthony Weiner. Sure is taking a long time to “investigate” his sexual content with that 15 year old girl, considering the whole world has seen the photos and texts. I guess they are too busy looking for a Russian under every flower pot. At any rate, I think they are hoping that we’ll all forget about it....just like we’ll all forget about this girl being raped by illegals.

Congratulations to 17-year-old Jose Montano, and his friend, 18-year-old Henry Sanchez-Milian, who have just won an all-expenses-paid trip to the big Island of Hawaii, where they’ll be hurled headlong into an erupting volcano.

“It isn’t an age exemption.”

Well, close enough that they’re getting off. So to speak.

I would call that prosecutorial discretion, but in this case more like a failure to do their job.

Liberals always get everything wrong. Every time. Always.

They can’t even get the weather right.

You can pretty much know the right thing to do in any given situation by listening to the liberal media and the Democrats, and doing the opposite of whatever they advocate.

The rule of law is GONE. Justice is only going to happen in cases like this when free people rise up against the wicked and criminal power structure, and MAKE it happen. The prosecutor should be drawn and quartered.

The father or uncles of the girl ought to track down these two rapists and let them experience some bodily violations. Then they should pray that God puts at least one person like me on the jury when they are charged with assault or murder. Because there is literally NOTHING such a family member could do to these filth that I would allow them to be criminally convicted of. NOTHING.

And I’m pretty sure that is the tactic that is going to become universally necessary in order to deal with the criminal problem we have today.

We no longer have equal protection under the law. The liberals have gamed the system so that the innocent are murdered, raped, robbed, etc. And people are judged based on their membership in various categories rather than their actions. Everyone knows this. Liberals love this inequality. But they need to made to pay dearly for it. Until then it will only get worse.

No reasonable person would prosecute. /s

No ill intent can be determined. Liberals always only have the best of intentions. /double-s
