FALLS CHURCH, VA – The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) today announced the investiture of seven new immigration judges. Chief Immigration Judge MaryBeth Keller presided over the investiture during a ceremony held May 5, 2017, at EOIR headquarters in Falls Church, Va.
After a thorough application process, Attorney General Jeff Sessions appointed Nina M. Carbone, Jennifer I. Gaz, Charlotte S. Marquez, Jose L. Peñalosa Jr., Donald W. Thompson, David C. Whipple, and Ryan R. Wood to their new positions.

When I saw the headline, I was going to post that “this is good news, assuming that they’re not red diaper doper baby, leftist judges”, but when I saw they had been appointed by Jeff Sessions I knew we should be O.K.
Hoorah.
Some POSTIVE news for once...I have been staying away from here because most of the articles are so negative and uninformative, and who cares about Hollywood???
I read this completely shocked. Everyone knows Ivanka actually appointed these people, and yet I see not a word about that.

I worked there many years ago as a contractor, that place is a joke.
Seven? They will need seven hundred to deal with all the lawyers being hired to stall deportation.

Well I hope the change is drastic. Back in the day, they provided every little special request and seemingly deported no one.

In fact, I remember we had a conference with ICE and the DoJ one day and it happened to be same day as “skip work if your an illegal” day here in NOVA. We had to cancel our lunch plans because the restaurant was shut down; that’s how stupid that place was.
Getting these appointments right is of overwhelming importance. The attitude should be: “Are you in the United States legally? No, okay, bye!”
Yep...I hope they do things the right way for ever...and since this is a Solvent Nation, we should only allow people who are not a danger to our families...
