In my view, there can never be a ‘right’ that revolves around one person sticking his hand in another persons pocket. No one should have a ‘right’ to another person’s money.

Walter Williams often had a similar comment when hosting for Limbaugh. A right is something two people can exercise without diminishing or infringing on the other party. Williams' broader definition can be narrowed to the economic case you cite.

I agree, 100%. We should eliminate income taxes entirely. If not, then I want 100% of my medical expenses to be 100% tax deductible.
