ONLY if this new health care bill becomes law. These slimy congresscritters are banking on the health care bill NOT becoming law. They could have passed such a law regarding the current Obamacare law any time they wanted.

Great, but everyone knows they will take this out in committee when the modified senate version (because there will be one) and the house version are discussed.

They did, FEHB like all Federal Government employees. But a late amendment to Obamacare put Congress and their staff under their home state's ACA exchanges. I'm fairly sure the move was done by a Republican as sort of a poison pill.
