4 Tech Companies Lobbying Trump Admin For More Foreign Workers, Mass Immigration

In the age of President Donald Trump’s crackdown on the H-1B and strict enforcement of immigration law, tech conglomerates are lobbying the Congress and White House for amnesty and more foreign labor. These are the four tech companies, according to analysis by Quartz, pushing for no reforms to the H-1B visa and legal immigration system, as the current process of bringing more than 85,000 foreigners to the U.S. each year.

In the first quarter of 2017 during Trump’s presidency, Microsoft lobbied more for immigration and the H-1B visas than any other tech company. In Microsoft’s five out of eight lobbying reports, it referred to “high-skilled immigration,” which is synonymous with the H-1B visa, as well as mentioning “comprehensive immigration reform.”

Microsoft is generally the biggest pusher for more H-1B foreign workers and amnesty for illegal immigrant, lobbying for those issues in 340 lobbying reports since 2008, when former President Obama first took office. In 2017, Microsoft asked for more than 5,000 foreign workers through the H-1B visa.

The parent company to Google, Alphabet, remains one of the largest opponents in the tech industry to Trump’s “America First” agenda, which is why Quartz analysis showed it had the largest uptick in pro-immigration lobbying in the first quarter of 2017. In this quarter, alone, Alphabet lobbied more for immigration than ever before since 2008.

MORE THAN -- the magic words. H1-B applicants brought in for government work, academia, and a slew of other positions are exempt from the cap. The exemptions far outnumber the non-exemptions.

H1-B and similar visa programs are an economic genocide against American citizens.

Here is what I think should be the new strategy for combatting H-1B visa abuse.

H-1B visas are, by nature, temporary, otherwise we would be looking at "green card" workers.

When a company accepts an H-1B worker, they need to prove that a qualified American couldn't be found to do the work.

Then, instead of saying that the H-1B visa holder can now have that job, we have to insist that the H-1B worker, who is supposedly highly-skilled, should only be employed long enough to transfer that skill knowledge to an American who can hold the job permanently, as the H-1B visa is only temporary.

Disney had it backwards when they insisted that career incumbents train H-1B replacements, practically admitting that the H-1B worker was not the "highly skill" participant in this transaction.

We must insist on the temporary aspect of the H-1B visa, and insist that the purpose for importing the high skill is to transfer that skill to a lesser skilled American work who can continue on in the job once the term of the H-1B visa expires.

There was once a very positive effect on science and engineering study in the US. When the USSR launched Sputnik in 1957, there was a national awakening and belief that the US had fallen behind the Soviets in space and rocket technology. A national effort to encourage and emphasize science and engineering education resulted and it worked. Many young people entered those fields of study and the emphasis on NASA and space travel began.

I agree. I'm suggesting that we change the argument along the way.

Stop focusing on "qualified Americans" and start focusing on "temporary."

Make them explain why it's not "temporary permanence," and then use the twisted language to justify killing it.

People with no will, who will be the corporate slaves for life, too servile and dumb to create their own wealth and businesses since they were programmed (controlled) from birth-on by the State. The elites HATE that competition which created their own wealth and control. They want to import slave cultures-—cattle to house in little cubicles for 14 hour work days like they have in China (their ideal model set up and funded by the Bankster sodomites in the 40s and 50s). They are responsible (the banksters) for the killing of over 50 million Chinese and Christians and total enslavement of the Chinese people (their ideal, compliant culture of total control by a few elites). China is their blueprint for the NWO where all people are interchangeable drones for the State corporations. They are killed and sterilized and sold along with their organs and children, etc. for whatever the elites desire. People are cattle (goyem).
