Found difficulty going to breitbart on a pc with all the nonsense. But using a linux pc, like now, it was pleasant.

Palin was spot on about DeVos, the Education Secretary. DeVos is saying Common Core is all but gone, already? Where is the story on that? Not so.?? Betsy was for it, before she was against it, and Palin confirms that it has gone no where.
Talk about a vacum. DeVos has been crickets. The most disastrous confirmation hearing I ever watched was hers! Dumber than a box of rocks, had no clue and not once could answer a question. That was the last time the public ever saw her, except for when she was accosted on a school visit.
DeVos had to have been an embarrassment to TRUMP. What the heck has she been doing for 100 days? Anyone know?
Good question. As you say, we haven’t heard anything.
What I do know that is good, is that Trump has started the work of assessing how to undo the government overreach in our k-12th grade schools.
To play DeVos’s Advocate here (Ba-Dum Tish):
In the whole mess of DC, even not counting the insane swamp critters, there is often a LOT you have to do before you make any visible progress. Heck, sometimes, there’s a whole mess of things that you have to do before you can do the things you need to do before you can do what needs to get done.
We’re used to Obama doing whatever he wanted, but in the case of Trump and DeVos, they have to navigate a proverbial maze of hostile bureaucrats.
So it could potentially be that Common Core is on the verge of being gone, just that the results are not yet visible because most of the work has been done behind the scenes.
I certainly hope you’re right, of course. I’m betting the slog is every bit as daunting as you suggest, in these departments. I did hear today that getting government out of K through some grade, is being recommended. Didn’t hear who it was doing the recommending, or if that was through high school or not.
It would be comforting if it came from De Vos, but alas, I didn’t hear her name, so I don’t know enough about it to even be mentioning it.

The dinner Sarah had with Uncle Ted, Kid Rock, President Trump and the wives was a job interview. I think, from what she said on Breitbart Radio, revealed the kind of excellent thinking she gave at that dinner. I would hire her in a New York minute!
