Sadly, no. Upthread, a FReeper speculated that if she had a gender change, "Shequella Sheala" would become Hequella Heala. But in the increasingly insane world we live in, trannies are opting for "gender neutral" or "gender fluid" names, and the "gender fluid" pronoun is "Zhe." (or Xhe, or Xi, or even S/he [pronounced shahee].)
Anyway, I think the Hungarian version would be "Zsazsuella Zsaela."
