President Barack Obama considered being homosexual as a young man, according to a forthcoming biography of the president.
The biography by David Garrow, “Rising Star: The Making of Barack Obama,” is set to come out on May 9. Garrow wrote a Pulitzer Prize-winning biography of Martin Luther King Jr., and is a regular contributor to The New York Times and The Washington Post.

Also, Obama’s teenage mentor Frank Marshall Davis was bisexual; Obama published a poem about gay rape while he was at Occidental; his fellow Occidental activist John Drew assumed Obama was having a gay relationship with his friend Mohammed Hasan Chandoo, whose family Obama visited in Pakistan; and while Obama was in Chicago, he attended a church that catered to gays, Trinity United Church of Christ, and reportedly had gay relationships with men there, some of whom were murdered after Obama began running for President.
