Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote Monday that the court is developing a “disturbing trend” of siding with police officers accused of excessive force at the expense of their alleged victims, a notion disputed by two of her colleagues.
Sotomayor was arguing that the court should have accepted the case of Richardo Salazar-Limon, who was shot in the back by Houston police officer Chris Thompson in 2010. A federal district judge dismissed Salazar-Limon’s suit before trial, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit upheld that decision.

It sounds like the “wise” Latina has prejudged (prejudice?) every case involving police. Maybe she should consider recusing herself given her knowledge of all future facts regarding police involved actions.

Like this one I saw on Youtube. Cop accused of brutality. Using excessive force by pepper spraying a mentally ill man and lying that he was resisting arrest.
REALITY: The video showed him slugging the cop in the face and resisting. He was told 20 times to get out of the car, he refused. He slugged the cop right in the face then he got maced. The cop got a black eye. But everyone wanted to support this thug who hit him.

This is the 4th reference out of the first 10 posts I’ve read so far calling her “wise” (Im sure sarcastically) but has she earned this title somehow? I’ve never heard of her been called wise in the past other than she was an affirmative action hire by Odumbo.

I have been in dozens of self defense classes and shooting schools. In every single one, they discuss this kind of situation. Only a moron answers the door wide open with a gun in their hand.
Yell through the door, set the gun on a stand next to the door, do just about anything except what he did.
The police are always going to be stressed tight when knocking on the door, so do not give them an excuse.
And some of you will be screaming at me right now, how did he know it was the police. If your friends are knocking on the door, do you show up with a gun in your hand, waiting for the pizza delivery, etc.
Going to the door with gun in hand says you are ready to hurt somebody.

For about 30 years pre-Trump era, D.C. didn’t give a $hit about the well being and safety of Americans. Zip. Look no further than our borders and reckless spending for absolute proof.
Probably 3/4 of those in Government are still pro-socialist/Obama era and are very much entrenched and corrupt.
If they succeed in destroying Trump, we get no second chance. The business as usual D.C. disciples of deceit will fill the void and will have this country locked down for the next century.
