The "weekend cops" beat is not the most glorious job in journalism, but it is the easiest. All you have to do is check into the newsroom, grab a portable scanner, go to breakfast, visit the cop shop, ask a few questions, check the police blotter, eat lunch, scribble a few paragraphs about a car accident, then meet your fellow scribes for an after-work libation.
But you do have to do one thing. Always listen to the police scanner.
Every newspaper has its own horror story. The one related to me during my first turn on the cop beat in Colorado Springs was about the weekend reporter who thought he would turn off his scanner while he played some basketball.
The next day, the owner wanted to know how his newspaper failed to report on the major train crash near downtown, the largest of its kind in that city's history.
Maybe that is why all the weekend cop reporters in the San Francisco Bay area did not hear any police scanner traffic Saturday night at 9:30, when 60 black people rampaged through a BART train, robbing, beating, threatening, and laughing – always laughing.
Because not one word of this leaked out for 36 hours.

I posted the article here, yesterday. It had the usual title about “teens” robbing a train. We all know what that is euphemism for....
And as noted here, the news reports called the perpetrators “teens”, without giving more descriptive characteristics.
We are apparently not allowed to note that a perpetrator of some crime is a certain race, religion, or ethnic background. And this applies even if a perpetrator shouts out descriptive religious identification while committing an atrocity.
Could not happen in a better place. You reap what you sow.
It would be politically incorrect to embarrass the perpetually disenfranchised by reporting the facts.

But all blacks are innocent victims, model citizens, and we need to turn the country over to them and get these damn whites out, we will be so much better off with the great family structure, low crime rate, no drug use, emphasis on education. I’m not interested in dividing people by race, but every day we are told whites are inherently evil, meanwhile many many others are behaving horribly. Don’t point fingers if you can’t handle that finger being turned around to point at you.
It wasn’t just the print mediots not doing their job of reporting.
The local tv stations ignored this until late Sunday nite and then avoided what happened.
Then the reality got out via the internet, and the story couldn’t be hidden anymore.
So the local Fox tv mentioned that gang had robbed a large number of passengers on a Bart.
The next morning there on that channel, there was some fairly good coverage.
By the 6 and 10 pm news, the coverage was good with the exception of the general descriptions of the thugs.
This morning the same station mentioned that the police were checking local schools in Oakland to find the robbers.
The Great Train Robbery. Except the press isn’t half as interested in getting to the truth; the gang wasn’t white.
Colin Flaherty’s YouTube channel was recently pulled by YouTube (for a least a second, maybe a third time). The reason was copyright infringement. Everything he uses is within fair use. He’s a workhorse who published multiple videos a day. And he couldn’t even include all the stories that were sent to him. Leftist are trying to hide the truth about the Black violent crime epidemic.
Unless a white person victimizes a person of color in any way. Then all of a sudden the races are important.

I’d say Feherty’s unceasing hatred for his fellow Americans borders on the pathological. In my opinion, he needs to see a shrink.

In Europe, the euphemism is “Youth.”
However, in Europe it refers to Muslim rioting and crime.
