Seven people were shot during a span of an hour Monday, a day that saw a total of three people fatally shot and 13 others wounded, police said.
There were five double shootings including one in the city's Englewood neighborhood on the South Side that left a 19-year-old man dead.
About 7:30 p.m., a 19-year-old man was fatally shot and a 17-year-old boy was wounded while they were walking(snip)

A minute after the shooting on Honore Street, a 31-year-old man was shot in the head while inside a car that crashed into two vehicles in the 2900 block of West Washington Boulevard(snip)

A 15-year-old boy and a 30-year-old woman were wounded about 11:10 p.m. while they were standing in the 7900 block of South Exchange Avenue in the South Chicago neighborhood, police said. A tan-colored Chevrolet Lumina pulled up and someone inside began shooting at the teen and the woman.(snip)
About 10:15 p.m., two people were shot while they were walking in the 6800 block of South Talman Avenue in the Marquette Park neighborhood on the South
About 9:25 p.m., a 41-year-old man was shot in the back while he was driving south in the 1800 block of South Hoyne Avenue

I bet homicide detectives in Chi-raq never see their families...Nor get much sleep.
In all DUE respect, one must wonder what percentage of these murders eventually end up with someone being charged, going to prison and pay for these crimes......
I live in suburb of Chicago. This is no news to us.
As long as these kind of things are contained in certain neighborhoods, we really do not care

He missed an opportunity to appear IN PUBLIC denouncing the violence in that city. He was there so why not put his words into action and take to the streets and telling his “friends” to KNOCK IT OFF? Don’t leave town until the cops have rounded up all the hoods in the HOOD and normal people can leave their homes and tend to their business without fear of being killed!!
