Poor ol’ Ozols. He has worked so hard and no one to admire his work. I wonder why there are no other black storks in the neighborhood....

I don't know how many black storks are in Ozols' area. Last year, there were a few intrusions at the nest but I don't know if it was one stranger going back again and again or several of them. He was late returning this year and all the available females may have already been taken.
