Not the way I read it. What would you have done KNOWING the baby would die immediately post-partum?

The easy decision would have been to just abort and go on with life, like tossing away a dish cloth.

This was a VERY hard road to walk — it involved more pain than I can possibly imagine sustaining.

The Lord blessed these people with an amazing amount of love, generosity and strength.

I am humbled.

Would the baby have died shortly after birth or did the organ harvesters kill her by removing her organs?

There is a big difference, and I do not know what the specific post-partum procedure in this case was.

Aren’t there cases of similar birth defect children living and learning and being relatively “normal”?
